Regular manufacturers usually have anti-counterfeiting marks printed on them, which can be seen with the naked eye.
Methods to identify the "authenticity" of a wardrobe:
1. Look at the sample (not the finished cabinet)
Usually the sample is edge-sealed on three sides. Leave one side aside for customers to check the quality of the substrate. First, scrape it with your fingernails to see if you can scrape out powder. If you can, you cannot buy it, no matter how cheap the price is, because such a board will be seriously deformed or even broken after encountering a humid environment.
If the powder cannot be scraped out, go to the next inspection procedure and smell it with your nose to see if there is a pungent smell (stinky socks smell). If there is, it means that the formaldehyde content exceeds the standard and is harmful to the human body. Great damage, also cannot be purchased.
2. Look at the packaging (if you sign a contract with the merchant and the merchant guarantees that it is the original product, you must ask for the logistics waybill)
In this way, you can know whether it is the original product. The merchant exchanged the package and after seeing the goods, the original packaging paper had the brand logo and order number on it. You can tell whether it is OEM or not through the logistics list and packaging paper. (These need to be noted in the contract when signing the contract later to prevent the merchant from denying the account).
3. Look at the hardware
This is where OEM merchants are most prone to fraud. They often use inferior hardware to pass off as original hardware or well-known brand hardware. Regular manufacturers are very careful about the anti-counterfeiting of hardware. Everything from a connecting piece to a drawer guide rail has the same anti-counterfeiting mark as the cabinet. Therefore, you can quickly tell whether the small hardware is produced by a regular manufacturer.
Authentic Sofia Wardrobe
Plate material: The surface composition of the plate is melamine veneer, no paint is required, and the middle base material part is solid wood particle board, and the density cannot be less than 0.80 g/cm3, otherwise it will affect the bearing capacity and flatness; the moisture content cannot be less than 6.5%, but it cannot be too high, otherwise it cannot adjust itself according to climate changes.
Plate anti-counterfeiting: Branded wardrobe panels will have brand logos on the edges.
Edge sealing: Whether it is smooth, well-proportioned and delicate depends on whether the glue used for edge sealing is solid glue.
Environmental protection: Before ordering, you should ask the manufacturer for the test report and sampling report. Just looking at the test report is not enough.
