You can add logo to the picture with the drawing tool that comes with the computer, and you don't have to use PS software. Please refer to the following steps for specific operations.

1. First, select "Drawing Tool" on the computer to open the target picture, as shown.

2. After opening the picture, click the "A" icon in the toolbar above with the mouse.

3. Then use the mouse to put the text box in the appropriate position on the picture.

4. Then enter the logo content and adjust the text size and color.

5. After completing the above settings, you can add a logo to the picture.
