Rum is a distilled liquor produced from sugar cane molasses, also known as "rum", also known as lime wine.
The West Indies, famous for their sugar cane production, are the birthplace of rum wine. The name of rum comes from the aborigine of the West Indies, Rumbullion. The first word of Rum means excitement or excitement. Rum is made from sugar juice pressed from sugar cane, which is fermented and distilled. The main production characteristics of this kind of wine are: selecting special aroma-producing (ester-producing) yeast and adding bacteria that produce organic acids. After simultaneous fermentation, it is distilled and aged.
