Part 1: Personal work summary of mold design

How long is three weeks? What can you get? Can you really get something? I myself have a more rational understanding of it.

In the past three weeks, I have practiced my professional knowledge, and the content is of course my professional mold. Let yourself have a more comprehensive understanding of the so-called mold. Many previous ideas and opinions received a great level of positive impact during this practice, and they gradually became doubtful. What followed was a change of perspective, and a change in the reasons for choosing.

When I think about it carefully, I find that many of my views on the profession are actually ignorant and wrong. The so-called mold is no longer as easy and simple as I imagined. I began to feel that it was just the performance of an extremely naive coward who dared not face reality.

Looking at all the structures, parts, and sizes of each set of small molds, wondering how they should be processed?

How to conduct process analysis? What is the most economical and scientific solution? The instructor's careful explanation, the step-by-step patient analysis of the components of each set of molds, and the students' active and topic-focused questions about things they didn't understand,

In that practice, The place formed one beautiful classroom picture after another of teaching and solving doubts. The students squeezed out time to grab their notes and listened intently to the teacher's explanations. Even several classmates who had always been interested only in love and games spontaneously took out pens and paper and memorized something while busy. I thought it must be a very important line.

These are just like accepting inspections about molds from the motherland and the people, without retreating or retreating, taking the initiative and looking forward to being asked questions by the teacher at any time. It's not because everyone likes such hobbies and hobbies, but because they have genuine goods and true feelings in their hearts.

In the years that pass by like the wind, three weeks are like a flash in the pan, and the snap of a finger can at most be compared to a wave of a wave. But what we learn by ourselves is definitely not something that can be summarized in general, nor can it be achieved by just adding the word "appropriate". It should definitely be able to achieve unexpected and gratifying results. The harvest has just stopped.

Slowly I realized that it’s not that I can’t learn, it’s not that I don’t have the ability or ability to learn, it’s that I dare to learn, whether I want to learn, and whether I have the motivation to learn. . Its real participation made me have to abandon many of my original ideas, and made me have to jump out of the idleness and doing nothing. In fact, those things will only endanger you, and others will not have the slightest favorable impression of you. It is not because others do not have equal eyes, but because you are willing to choose to escape and degenerate.

Let yourself deeply realize that only by choosing to cheer up, do it, think about it, and learn can you truly gain something.

Although the short-term practice will gradually fade away from your own study and life, the changes it brings to you can never be erased.

The sound of beating iron brings a beautiful melody to my heart, which will always ring in my ears. Although it has ended, its inner ideal and future progress have not stopped. It is like a wake-up call, a wake-up call on the road of life, always warning and reminding yourself that in order to make a difference, you must do something beforehand, and then you can achieve something. However, it is more like a beacon for a small boat sailing in the sea, always guiding oneself towards tomorrow and the unremitting pursuit of the future. Chapter 2: Personal work summary of mold design

Time flies, and the year of 20xx is about to pass in the blink of an eye. Looking back on 20xx, I can’t help but feel infinite emotions. 20xx is a very important year for me. This year, I faced new challenges and opportunities. I am very grateful to the company for giving me this platform for growth, which allows me to continue to learn and make progress at work. Here, I sincerely thank all leaders and colleagues for their strong support and help, so that my work can be carried out smoothly.

One year is about to pass. At the end of the year, I will write down my psychological feelings and summary to motivate and encourage me next year. I believe I can do better.

In the past year, there have been gains and losses, determination and confusion, radicalness and waste. However, the general direction is quite clear, and I still have high expectations for molds, because I personally think mold design is still very challenging from campus to society. Not only are the parts included in the mold complex and changeable, but there are also the difficulties of fine details in the mold. Even the position and size of a screw hole can make a big mistake if you are careless, so the mold design is still very difficult. Stressful. However, I believe that as long as you work hard, dare to face mistakes, and are willing to sum up your experience, these detailed mistakes will gradually decrease with the accumulation step by step. Of course, I believe that good habits can be cultivated in daily work. Starting from every detail, such as the organization of drawings and the naming of files, these are all things that can make one's work profile clear.

The following is an overview of my work in the past year. I entered the factory in February this year. At first, I was assigned to be an apprentice in the fitter group. To be honest, I felt very anxious when I first started working as a fitter because I repeated the same work every day. , drilling, tapping, grinding machines. What I'm anxious about is that I've just come into contact with the field of molds. I have no idea what the parts I've come into contact with are used for or where they are used. After a month or two, I have eliminated my impetuosity, and I have begun to go in with questions. When I was working, I started to look at the parts diagrams and compared the installation parts of the parts to see how the master assembles them. After getting familiar with it for a month, I also started to try to assemble with the master. When I looked at the small parts, I feel very happy when everything is assembled on the mold. Of course, if there is a slight negligence during the process, the push rod is placed in the wrong position, or the direction is wrong, it will make you want to die. The entire mold will be disassembled and rebuilt again. Pack. The one I have the deepest experience with is probably the mold with a mold surface of 400B. There are fifty or sixty of them for sloped tops and straight tops alone. I remember that I was assembling them alone that day. It took me a long time to assemble the sloped tops and straight tops. I was about to get off work in the afternoon. , I finally completed the assembly of the entire mold, but the greater my hope, the greater my disappointment. I found that the pull rod was not installed, which meant that the entire mold was disassembled and reassembled. After this time, I also stayed vigilant in my future work.

In September, I was transferred to the design department. As soon as I entered the department, I felt an indescribable sense of busyness. Just listening to the sound of keyboard typing and mouse clicks, I felt that every second counts. Facing the computer, every time I was very confused about drawing software. I hadn’t been exposed to the software for a long time and everything felt unfamiliar. I had to get familiar with it step by step, ask more questions and learn more. I helped for more than a month at first.

Surroundings My colleagues helped them organize the hair mold information and complete some assembly drawings. This was a good exercise for me to understand the structure of the mold. I also completed it patiently one by one, but the effect was not satisfactory. For the assembly drawings The most important thing is that it is concise and easy to understand, but I missed the point. I didn't show what should be shown, and I showed all the complicated and unnecessary things, which made the assembly diagram meaningless. After that, with the patience of my colleagues, I He gave me some pointers and grasped the tips to complete the work, thus gradually becoming familiar with the software. The next step is busy work. With the release of a large number of projects, our department has also entered the hot water. Of course, I have also begun to get exercise. I started to complete part drawings, wire cutting, and fill in the bill of materials. It seems simple. But it is not easy to do it well. There are many details to pay attention to. Take the parts drawing as an example. The master needs to use your parts drawing to draw lines and drill holes, and the grinder needs to use your drawing to grind. An incorrect position or size will delay the processing cycle, not to mention wasting the manpower of the workers below. Wire cutting is a relatively important job. The forming of many small parts requires wire cutting. Compared with fast wire cutting, medium wire cutting is a careful job. If the wire cutting is made slightly wrong, the parts will be in danger of being scrapped. There are also places where forming is required. If it is not formed, it will affect the processing and cause secondary forming. Among them, the wire cutting drawing of the core is very important. A slight deviation will bring unnecessary trouble to the company. Cutting materials is also a science. How to assemble materials, how to save materials while ensuring the quality of parts, do not miss or overcut, and the drawings must be accurate. These are all things that must be done carefully.

Among the molds I have completed, the most difficult one is 237B. The core, beveled top, and inserts are all made of quenching materials. This makes people very nervous. If they are not careful, they will be scrapped. It is also in this mold that I I made low-level mistakes, the inclined ejector rod was not cut in place, secondary processing, and the numbers of two inserts were mixed up and two small inserts were scrapped. These are all avoidable, but I was not careful and precise, which led to the mistakes. . However, I also learned a lot of knowledge from making pictures again and again, which I couldn't learn in school.

Looking forward to 20xx, no matter what job I am engaged in in the company, I believe that as long as I am patient, careful, precise and cautious, I can do it well. Of course, I cannot pay too much attention to quantity. "Quality" is the test of ability. Only when the "quality" of standards improves will there be fewer errors in later processing and the construction period will be completed on time, so that it will not affect the work I should do next, so that I can get twice the result with half the effort. With such a virtuous cycle, I believe that over time my "quality" and "efficiency" will complement each other, and my work will be completed easily. I am also confident that I can develop this good work habit.

This is my 20xx annual work summary. 20xx has passed. In 20xx, I hope that we can better complete the tasks assigned by the company. I also hope that the company will get better and better in the industry, become bigger and stronger, and become The leading brand enterprise in the industry. Chapter 3: Personal work summary of mold design

One year has passed quietly. Looking back on the past year, I have experienced many things and learned a lot. With the help of the company's leaders and colleagues, I have gained a better understanding of the company's operations and corporate culture, and have clarified my work direction and goals. I now report this year's work content and feelings as follows:

< p> At work, I am mainly engaged in the three-dimensional modeling of all-steel radial flexible molds, the calculation of templates, split diagrams, and the angle of the entire circle of electrodes, as well as the drawing of the side panel white letters and trademark shapes. During these hours, the work went relatively smoothly and I was able to complete the work required every day relatively well. However, in July this year, due to my own mistake, I did not clarify the cross-section of the drawings, so the two molds in Chaoyang needed to be partially welded and then re-electricalized. I am very sorry for this, and I should remain meticulous in future work. mentality to face the work. Although the drawing of some drawings and other calculations are not complicated, they need to be carefully checked. Remember the details that are prone to problems so as not to make the same mistakes again. Carefully analyze the drawings, figure out the designer's design intentions, and better draw the shape.

In terms of technology, we still need to continue to learn from the master, such as the processing of patterns related to multiple pitches, the processing technology of the mold, and the future study of electrode programming. If you have free time, watch the detailed process of actual EDM operation at the EDM office in the workshop, communicate more with actual operating employees, and become more familiar with the actual EDM processing process. Although I am mainly engaged in the three-dimensional modeling of steel molds now, I don’t know much about the mold trademark and structural design. In the future, I should also learn the relevant knowledge of trademarks and structures to strengthen the comprehensive understanding of the entire set of molds. Lay the foundation for better work in the future. In the face of many jobs every day, you should also have a good body. Due to the nature of your work, you may sit for a long time and lack exercise. Instead, you should develop good living habits and participate in more exercises to maintain a full body. Face future work with enthusiasm.

In the company, I have received care and help from my leaders and colleagues. I work happily with everyone. I am very grateful for your support and encouragement. Looking back on a year's work, I have grown and improved, but there are still many shortcomings in some aspects. In my future work, I will continue to improve myself and face work and life with a new look. Chapter 4: Personal work summary of mold design

Here, I would like to sincerely thank Director Liu and all my colleagues for their strong support and help, which enabled my work to proceed smoothly.

One year is about to pass. At the end of the year, I will write down my psychological feelings and summary to motivate and encourage me next year. I believe I can do better.

1. Personnel and costs.

The design team currently has seven people. One senior engineer (monthly salary 4500-5000), two design engineers (monthly salary 3500-4000) and three assistant engineers (monthly salary less than 3000). Judging from the large number of molds in November, one senior engineer still needs to be added name.

2. Condition of working equipment.

This design team*** has nine computers, one of which is broken and has never been used. The remaining eight units can work normally, and their configuration can also cope with the design conditions of mobile phone molds.

3. Department workload.

In the past two months, from October 28th to November 28th, this department has been busy with design work. ***76 sets of molds were placed, an average of 11 sets per person. A bit overloaded. In the remaining months, I can complete my job on time and in quantity. So far, *** has designed 542 sets of mobile phone molds. 21 sets of industrial molds. 4. Design quality and time

The current design quality is not very satisfactory, and there are many minor problems every month (unreasonable water outlet, unreasonable structural strength, etc.). The customer is also dissatisfied. There are many reasons for this. First, our company is a professional mold factory. The delivery period for the mold orders we receive is relatively short and the time is tight. As a result, the early evaluation and review are relatively rough. And simple. Secondly, the workload is relatively concentrated and large in a certain period of time, and it is all concentrated in a short period of time. Often the previous model has not finished producing the drawings, and the subsequent model starts at the same time, so there will be The crowded workload makes it easy to delay and delay, and the design is usually completed in a hurry amidst the urging of relevant units, which is also prone to errors and omissions. In short, it is an irreconcilable contradiction between time and separation, and a large amount of work must be completed in a very short time. It is difficult to design high-quality molds. The solution is to try to make the newly developed models as smooth as possible. After one model is completed, develop a new model. Try to avoid concentrated development of new models. In case of this, it is recommended to design the mold outside the company. This way, you can avoid delays in delivery and try out the mold at a time that satisfies the customer. Thirdly, new mold modifications and design changes are relatively frequent, often when the mold structure drawing is being drawn after the review is completed, or after programming has been downloaded. The customer is still updating the product drawings, and the originally tense mold making and delivery period has become even more stressful. Of course, there are reasons for the customer's design changes. We can only cooperate, but we need to re-schedule the mold trial time and delivery period, otherwise we will delay the delivery date. . The design cycle for mobile phone molds is three days, while the design cycle for industrial molds is relatively longer, 4-10 days. Of course, this time includes the time for review and confirmation, and is not absolute. It also depends on the complexity of the product. In short, our goal is to work hard and move forward in the direction of high quality and short cycle.

5. Management system.

The designed management system is relatively formal. For the entire industry, it is basically controlled according to program documents, and we all have internal operating procedures and specifications within the department. In actual operations The process is also carried out in accordance with procedures and specifications, and flows naturally to lower-level units and departments through forms and documents. The work management of engineers is implemented in accordance with the humanized principles of motivation and education. Senior engineers mainly adopt motivation methods. They are technically better for the entire department, so in order to do better and faster work , communicate with them frequently, actively adopt some of their technical suggestions, and make them feel a sense of accomplishment and ownership through appropriate praise and praise. For general engineers and assistant engineers, more training and dedicated personnel should be used Guidance will give them more opportunities to practice in actual work, and at the same time it will also encourage them to continue to grow and improve, and conduct regular assessments, summaries, and summaries. For the entire group, a plenary meeting will be held every half month to explain and publicize the mistakes and deficiencies in the previous work as well as the details that should be paid attention to, so as to continuously improve and improve, reduce repeated mistakes in future work, and achieve The goal of overall team progress and improvement.

6. Operating standards.

A large number of standard parts libraries have been established based on mobile phone molds, from standard mold bases to standard mold cores, to inclined top seats, sliders, and parts unique to all molds, such as Ejectors, wire tubes, support columns, etc. are all standard series, with many specifications for designers to choose and use. These standard parts are in stock and can be processed directly after picking them up from the warehouse, saving money. It saves a lot of time, which greatly facilitates short-cycle molds. Our future efforts are to make more standard parts for designers to use, so as to achieve the goal of saving time.

Summarizing the past and looking forward to the future, we will improve the deficiencies and promote the successes. In the days to come, we will go all out to give full play to the subjective initiative of the department, from mold cost, injection molding and Increasing the cost of water inlet treatment will create more profits for the company. May the personal value of each of us be tied to the value of the company, and may it rise steadily in the new year. At the same time, I also wish that our company's business will flourish and prosper in the new year. Chapter Five: Personal Work Summary of Mold Design

First of all, I would like to thank the company leaders for their patient teaching and colleagues’ enthusiastic help during this year, which enabled me to learn a lot of things beyond books. I also completed every sub-work goal I set. Secondly, in order to do a better job in the future and strive for greater benefits for the company, in the spirit of summarizing experience and learning lessons, I now make the following summary of my work and learning results during this period:

1. Acceptance of new molds and preparation of acceptance reports.

2. Acceptance of reworked molds.

3. Learned and understood the problems and solutions that arise during the mold production process.

4. Communicate with the mold factory to solve problems that arise during the mold modification process.

5. Completed the three-dimensional design of 10 scheme patterns. This work made what I learned in university useful and gave me a deeper understanding that innovation should be combined with practice.

6. The editor has revised the acceptance management system and dry ice cleaning regulations for flexible model cavities and mold sets.

7. Study and follow up the new technology of spring air hole sleeves to accumulate experience for the large-scale application of spring air hole sleeve technology in the later stage when the technology matures. During this period, he was also responsible for writing relevant regulations on the use, maintenance and maintenance of spring air hole sleeves, which further improved his multi-faceted abilities.

8. Follow up and solve the problem of flash impurities during the production process of snow tires to avoid similar problems in future work.

The above is an overview of my work and learning achievements over the past year. Regarding the issue of salary increase, I think it is human nature that employees, regardless of their academic qualifications, will not be able to satisfy their original income as they gain experience and improve their work ability. The company can consider the employees and provide them with material or spiritual encouragement and support. Certainly, it will definitely give employees a strong sense of identity and belonging. Working in a harmonious environment, the company's efficiency will also increase steadily. Of course, as a relatively newbie in the company, I also discovered my shortcomings during this year, that is, my language expression skills are still somewhat lacking, especially in writing work such as writing reports and summaries, but I still know how to do it. Continue to work hard, face the challenges and pressures at work calmly, analyze the reasons for mistakes, learn from experience and lessons, make fewer mistakes, strive for greater achievements in the professional field of mold (tire) design and maintenance in the future, and repay the company's vigorous cultivation feeling.
