Queshan black pig, with long and thin fur, thick brown hair and large body. General body length 136 cm, height about 70 cm. There are diamond-shaped wrinkles on the face, drooping ears and straight back. Intrinsically tender, deep red in color, like marble. After cooking, it tastes rich, and it is not greasy to eat more. The central producing areas of Queshan black pig are Zhugou, Wagang and Shijie River in Queshan. Rendian, Ant Bee, Hu Miao, Suburb, Zhugudong, Lixin, Daluzhuang and Laohe near Qinyang are also distributed. According to the investigation in 9 towns, there are more than 8900 black pigs in Queshan.
