2. The applied trademark has been registered with the China Trademark Office (all member countries can be designated) or the application for registration has been accepted (only protocol countries can be designated).
3. If the applicant is an individual, a copy of the ID card is required, and a copy of the business license is required for enterprises and other organizations.
4. If the applicant entrusts an agency to handle it on his behalf, the applicant's signature (individual) or seal (enterprise) is required.
