Yunxian Shuangmian Museum is located in the "Zhejiang Green Valley" ecological demonstration area - Wang Village, Shuhong Town, Jinyun County. Construction began in April 2016 and was completed in October 2017. It is a base integrating the display, experience, tasting and training of Shuangmian culture.
Jinyun Shuangmian is one of Jinyun’s top ten nostalgic industries that enrich the people. As an important part of the “grassroots entrepreneurship” action, it has been included in the 2016 people’s livelihood list. In 2008, it was listed in the second batch of Lishui City's intangible cultural heritage list by the Lishui City People's Government. In 2011, it was rated as one of Lishui City's "Ten Prefecture Treasures" agricultural products. As a long-established soil noodle production base, Jinyun Shuang Noodles has a certain influence in the industry, and has now formed some well-known provincial-level trademarks such as "Yupingshan".
Wang Village in Shuhong Town is the birthplace of soil noodle culture and has a long history of making. It is the largest production and processing area of ??soil noodles in our county. There are more than 400 farmers processing soil noodles in this village. The annual processing volume reaches 4,000 tons, the output value reaches more than 48 million yuan, and the profit reaches more than 30 million yuan. In 2005, Wang Tumian Professional Cooperative was established to help villagers increase their income. The cooperative was rated as a model farmer cooperative in Zhejiang Province in 2008 by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Agriculture. In 2017, it became the main body of commodity production and operation in our county's agricultural products tourism destination.
The Jinyun County Shuangmian Museum has a total land area of ??6735.4 square meters and a total construction area of ??4352.3 square meters. It contains a Shuangmian culture exhibition area, a Shuangnoodle processing and production experience area, a training area, a tasting area and a Shuangnoodles purchase area. The area has four major functions: publicity and promotion, training and guidance, food tasting, and tourism and shopping.
1. Publicity and promotion. The Shuangmian culture exhibition area covers an area of ??550 square meters. It is mainly composed of two parts: the noodle evolution history exhibition area and the farming work exhibition area. It plays a certain role in promoting the historical evolution, development process, production technology, and cultural inheritance of Jinyun Shuangmian. .
2. Training guidance. The noodle processing and production experience area covers an area of ??850 square meters, allowing tourists to personally experience the making technology and processes of making noodle. The noodle training area covers an area of ??968 square meters, which basically meets the annual average training number of 1,000 people. At the same time, theoretical training classes will be held in the Shuangmian Museum, covering the production process of Shuangnoodles, e-commerce sales, etc. The combination of practical training base and theoretical training will effectively standardize the environmental quality of soil noodle production and improve the quality of farmers' soil noodle products. Strengthening e-commerce training will open up traditional distribution models and broaden sales channels.
3. Taste and try to eat. There is a tasting area in the Soup Noodles Museum, where visitors can taste freshly made Soup Noodles. 4. Tourism shopping. A tourism shopping mall and exhibition center will be established in the Shuangmian Museum as a new tourist distribution center to use tourism to drive sales and increase farmers' income. Jinyun Shuangmian Museum not only inherits the soil noodle culture, but also drives Jinyun farmers to start their own businesses.
The Jinyun County Shuangmian Museum will become an important publicity window for Jinyun Shuangnoodle culture, drive the development of agriculture and tourism in Shuhong Town, and make Jinyun Shuangnoodles the third popular place in our county after "Jinyun Shaobing" Two gold-lettered signs.
The surname Wangcun: The village surnamed Wang has a long history. People gathered to live in the village during the Zhao and Song Dynasties. During the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty (1578), Wang Renqigong Chengxun, a descendant of Sanhuaitang ( Sun) led his wife and children from Xianju Dalin Zhangshuqiao Sanbu to the foot of Yuping Mountain. This land has prospered since then, with an endless line of descendants. Later, the Li family also moved in from Baitang, Fujian. The village surnamed Wang was called Zhenxi Tangtou in ancient times. This name comes from the fact that the village is located on the bank of Zhenxi River. The village still has "Shuitangtou" as its place name. Because the majority of people in the village are members of the Wang family, and its location is above Shuhong in the countryside,
