4. Proof of ownership: including but not limited to proof of ownership of intellectual property rights or usage rights for frozen or blocked infringing links, information network dissemination rights, creative manuscripts, and work creation timestamps issued by authoritative organizations , work registration certificate, authorization letter and other valid ownership certificates that can prove that the respondent has relevant rights;
5. Materials proving that the notes/goods/services provided by the respondent do not constitute infringement: including but It is not limited to valid certification materials such as notes/goods/services provided by the respondent that do not infringe the right holder’s personal rights, copyrights, trademark rights or patent rights.
6. Guarantee of the respondent: The respondent shall be responsible for the authenticity, validity and legality of the statements in the "Non-Infringement Statement" and the materials provided, and shall bear the responsibility for the respondent's defense. Restoring the complained notes/goods/services will cause all losses to Xiaohongshu and all resulting legal responsibilities.
7. If you entrust another person to make a complaint, you should also provide a legal and valid power of attorney and the identity document of the trustee.
8. The respondent should personally sign or stamp the "Declaration of Non-Infringement", otherwise Xiaohongshu will not accept the application.
