When the period for ceasing to accept trademark agency business expires, the Trademark Office and the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board shall resume acceptance.

The decision of the Trademark Office and the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board to stop accepting applications or resume accepting applications as a trademark agency shall be announced on their websites.

Article 91: The industrial and commercial administrative departments shall strengthen the supervision and guidance of trademark agency industry organizations.
