2. Fill in the application form for Italian trademark registration and apply for Italian trademark in writing;
3. Submit an application to the Italian Industrial and Commercial Bureau and wait for the acceptance documents.
After receiving the receipt, the trademark will enter the examination stage. Examining whether a trademark can be registered according to law, whether it is the same as or similar to a previously registered trademark, and whether it violates the prohibition clause of the Trademark Law.
A written notice will be issued and an announcement will be issued for trademarks that meet the examination requirements. Do not meet the examination conditions, issue a notice of rejection, and inform the reasons.
4. The trademark announcement period is 3 months, during which anyone can file an application for trademark opposition;
5. If the trademark passes the examination and is announced, or the objection is rejected within the announcement period, the Italian Industrial and Commercial Bureau will issue a trademark registration certificate;
