Second, when scraping the screen, the photosensitive adhesive needs to be thicker than ordinary screen printing ink, because ordinary silica gel printing pays more attention to three-dimensional effect than ink printing, and highlighting its three-dimensional effect is also a very important reason for using screen printing silica gel. The thickness is generally 0. 1-0.5, which is determined according to the actual thickness of the sample.

Third: There are two kinds of silk-screen silica gel, one is ordinary silk-screen silica gel, which needs to be mixed with A and B silica gel before it can be used, and this silica gel needs to be baked. The general temperature is about 120- 160 degrees Celsius, and the other is one-component silica gel for screen printing without baking. The former can be used for a long time, needs baking, and has poor adhesion to some materials. If the material cannot be baked at high temperature or is not suitable for baking, this silica gel cannot be selected as a screen printing material. After printing, the latter need not be baked for 6- 10 minutes, and then naturally dried. However, it is easy to block the screen, and it is wasteful to constantly change the silicone when printing. Generally suitable for materials or fabrics where A B silicone is not suitable for printing. When adding color paste or gold and silver powder, A B glue only needs to be adjusted at room temperature. For one-component silica gel, it is generally equipped with a sealed stirring container to stir and then spray a small amount. Avoid waste and save costs.

Screen-printed silica gel belongs to silicone, and the main chain of silicone products is -Si-O-, so it is not easy to be decomposed by ultraviolet rays and ozone.
