1. The application documents that should be submitted are:
(1) "Assignment/Transfer Application/Registered Trademark Application"
(2) Copies of the transferor's and transferee's subject qualification documents confirmed by seal or signature

2. Specific instructions
(1) Fill in the application form one by one, and it must be typed or printed; if the transferor or transferee is a natural person, The ID number should be filled in after the name.
(2) For the transfer of each trademark (each registration number), one application form should be submitted, stamped with the seal or signature of the transferor and transferee, and signed by the transferor and transferee* **Same as completing relevant procedures;
(3) If the applicant goes directly to the trademark registration hall, in addition to submitting the application, he must also submit the subject qualification certification documents of both the transferee and the transferee (such as the unit A copy of the business license, a copy of the natural person's ID card, etc.) and stamped with the official seal of the unit or signed by the natural person, as well as the original and copy of the handler's ID card (it is not necessary to provide a copy of the transferor's subject qualification certificate when applying for transfer) (but the original certification document issued by the relevant competent department should be provided); the transferee and transferee are natural persons, and they are handled by themselves, so they must present their original ID cards and submit copies of the ID cards of both parties. (4) When applying for trademark transfer, if the transferee is a natural person, the following matters should be noted:
A. Individual industrial and commercial households can register with their "Individual Industrial and Commercial Household Business License" The trademark transfer application can be filed in the name of the transferee, or in the name of the person in charge registered on the license. When applying in the name of the person in charge, copies of the following materials should be submitted:
① ID card of the person in charge;

B. An individual partnership may file a trademark transfer application in the name of the transferee using the trade name registered in its "Business License" or the trade name registered in the registration documents of the relevant competent authority, or in the name of all partners** *Same as filing application for trademark transfer. When applying in the name of all partners, copies of the following materials should be submitted:

③Partnership agreement.
C. Rural contract operators can apply for trademark transfer in the name of the person who signed the contract. Copies of the following materials should be submitted when applying:

D. Other natural persons who are legally permitted to engage in business activities may apply for trademark transfer in the name of the operator listed in the registration document issued by the relevant administrative authority. ② Registration document issued by the relevant administrative authority.
F. When applying for trademark transfer and the transferee is a natural person, the scope of goods and services applied for trademark transfer shall be limited to the business scope approved by the transferee in the business license or relevant registration documents, or Its self-operated agricultural and sideline products are limited.
According to Article 42 of the Trademark Law and the "Regulations for the Implementation of the Trademark Law":
1. When a registered trademark is transferred, the transferor and the transferee shall arrive at the same time The Trademark Office handles the transfer procedures for registered trademarks.
2. If the transfer occurs due to other reasons such as inheritance, business merger, merger or restructuring, the party accepting the exclusive right to the registered trademark shall go to the Trademark Office to handle the transfer procedures of the registered trademark.
3. If the exclusive right to use a trademark is transferred in accordance with a court decision, the transfer procedures must also be completed.
