What if the trademarks applied for on the same day are the same or similar?
Whoever submits first will accept first.

According to the provisions of the Trademark Law, the principles of trademark registration are: the principle of applying first and the principle of voluntary registration.

The principle of first application means that if two or more applicants apply for registration with the same or similar trademarks on the same or similar goods, the Trademark Office accepts the first application for trademark registration and rejects the latter application for trademark registration. The application is first determined according to the date of the applicant's application for trademark registration, and the date of the application for trademark registration is subject to the date when the Trademark Office receives the application. Therefore, the date of receipt of the application by the Trademark Office should be used as the standard to judge the priority of the application.
