1. Enterprises operating trademark printing business must apply for the "Trademark Printing Unit Certificate". To apply for the "Trademark Printing Unit Certificate", they must apply to the Trademark Advertising Section of the District and County Industrial and Commercial Bureau.

2. Those who apply for the "Trademark Printing Unit Certificate" must meet the following conditions:

(1) Have technology, equipment, warehousing and storage equipment suitable for their trademark printing business, etc. Conditions;

(2) There are sound rules and regulations for managing the trademark printing business;

(3) There are more than three personnel who have obtained the "Trademark Printing Business Manager Qualification Certificate" .

3. To apply for the "Trademark Printing Unit Certificate", you should fill in two copies of the "Trademark Printing Unit Application Form" as required, and attach the relevant department certification materials

(1 ) 1 application form

(2) 2 copies of the business license

(3) 2 copies of the "Printing Industry Business License" (issued by the Beijing Municipal Press and Publication Bureau)

(4) 2 copies of the "Special Industry License" (issued by the Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau)

(5) Copies of the "Trademark Printing Business Manager Qualification Certificate" for more than 3 people 2 copies

(6) 2 copies of enterprise printing trademark management system (including trademark printing business review system, registration system, trademark logo warehousing system, obsolete logo destruction system, and archive system)

4. After the above materials are complete, the district and county branch should report to the Trademark Office of the Municipal Bureau within 15 working days. The Trademark Office should approve and produce the materials within 15 working days after passing the review. "Certificate of Printing Trademark Unit", and the license will be issued to the enterprise by the Trademark Advertising Section of the district or county branch.

5. A fee of 50 yuan is required to receive the "Trademark Printing Unit Certificate".

5. The "Trademark Printing Unit Certificate" is valid for two years. Two months before expiration, the enterprise should submit an application for review and verification to the Trademark Advertising Section of the local Industrial and Commercial Bureau. The time limit for review and verification is the same as the time limit for applying for the "Trademark Printing Unit Certificate".

6. A fee of 70 yuan is charged for the review and verification of the "Trademark Printing Unit Certificate".
