The materials of temperature measuring tubes must meet the requirements, and their positions must be representative, which can detect the temperature of concrete at different depths.
Before concrete pouring, the sundries must be cleaned up, and it is forbidden to have sundries such as beverage bottles, abandoned templates, square wood, fasteners, cigarette butts and cigarette cases, otherwise the formwork will be easy to be hollowed out after dismantling, which will pose a serious threat to the engineering quality.

In order to prevent the above problems, the following measures should be taken reasonably: 1, focusing on controlling the concrete mixture ratio; 2, strictly control the position of the template; 3, it is forbidden to skew; 3, concrete pouring and vibrating must be fine, to prevent vibration leakage; 4, concrete curing should be aggravated; 5. Water should be added on time as needed; 5, concrete surface does not reach this certain load, it is forbidden to feed people.
6. Delay the form removal until it reaches a certain strength. When the concrete strength reaches more than 75% of the design according to regulations, the formwork can be removed.
Second, the internship experience:
In the hot summer and scorching sun, I started my first job search on an old bicycle. I stepped into countless thresholds and was politely rejected countless times. When the physics wheel stepped into the gate of the space-based downtown garden, my job search life was an end, so a young man had his own so-called learning garden. With the construction of Building 5 in the Central Garden of Aerospace City, my five-month internship has turned a new page. Under the careful guidance of Yang Gong and Gong Yi, my practical ability has been further improved. When I came to this construction site, I was making a raft waterproof. In recent months, I have studied the construction technology of raft foundation post-pouring belt, including leveling, setting out, steel bar inspection, formwork inspection and post-pouring. In this construction site, I not only learned more professional knowledge, but also learned how to have a good relationship with leaders and how to manage workers effectively and reasonably, which played an important role in the development of my life. I am very touched by my colleagues here. They are very kind to me. When we have dinner after work, my aunt who cooks makes a good meal for me and puts it on the table for me to eat. I often go downstairs in that hot weather. Zhao Gong in the supervision room asked me to go to his far office, and then used the cold water he had connected for me to drive away my heat. When I was sick, Sister Liu, the accountant, always put the medicine on my desk and kept it from me. There are so many things that moved me in this construction site that it is hard to describe it with my tortuous personality. Through several months of internship, I understand that interpersonal relationship is extremely important in construction work. The technical level of the construction team will directly affect the quality of the construction project and the economic benefits of the project manager. I feel that a good construction team can coordinate each other's work, but a bad construction team can make a mess of a perfect project. According to my observation and thinking, and compared with other buildings, I have a preliminary understanding and understanding of the internship site. Under the careful guidance of Jia Gong and Zong Gong, I have a better understanding of the acceptance procedure of interior wall plastering. In order to make the construction site messy and orderly, we closely monitor the use of materials on the site according to the actual situation, and we must ensure that there is not too much aggregate on the site, and we must not affect the project production plan because of insufficient materials.

3. The management of safe electricity use is not in place, and the phenomenon of random connection and multi-purpose of one brake occurs from time to time. I have repeatedly asked the main wires of building B0 1# to take measures to protect them. As a result, the wire was lifted after being pressed twice by the earthwork team. Better late than never.
4. The quality of on-site construction is generally low, and the quality management system of the project department has not been put in place. In the later period, because of the time limit for a project, the quality consciousness of the construction team became even weaker. It is suggested that the project department should strengthen the quality inspection, and the technical director of the project should compile and implement the quality management measures of the project department. In the process of construction, it is necessary to make disclosure in advance, process control, post-inspection and one-vote veto system for quality problems. The project department can try to organize a quality inspection and appraisal once a month to promote the best and worst teams economically. Once a month, the contract price of the best team goes up 1%, and the contract price of the worst team goes down 1%, and it is calculated 12 times a year.
5. It is suggested to replace the bricklayer's team. The overall quality of the team is low, and they are all rural bricklayers in the surrounding construction sites, with low personal technical content. At the same time, the contractor team has several projects in Xuzhou construction market, often paying attention to one thing and neglecting the other, resulting in serious honeycomb pits in many underground garages of B0 1# building.
