According to the Regulation on the Administration of Cosmetic Labeling, cosmetics belong to the third category of trademark classification, including bleach and other materials used for laundry, preparations used for cleaning, polishing, decontamination and grinding, soap, perfume, essential oil, cosmetics, shampoo and toothpaste. Cosmetics are products that are spread on any part of human body surface by smearing, spraying or other similar methods, so perfumes are classified as cosmetics.

Perfume includes amber perfume, eau de toilette, personal deodorant, liquid perfume, body perfume, men's perfume, women's perfume and other products.
