In 2001, Zhou Xiaobo obtained the Porsche trademark authorization and established the first Porsche 4S Center - 3354 Porsche Center in Yizhuang, Beijing, starting Porsche's journey in China.

Currently, there are more than 100 Porsche 4S centers in China. Because Porsche’s sales in China are not high at this stage, all Porsche cars are imported. The Porsche Global Shareholders Meeting showed that it will not be easy for Porsche to integrate production and manufacturing in Chinese culture unless Porsche's production and sales in China exceed 100,000 vehicles.

The cars owned by the Porsche Group include Macan, Cayenne, Pananmera, 718, 911, Taycan, 918, Boxster and Cayman, with market prices ranging from 500,000 to 15 million. The Porsche 918, Cayenne and its Panamera are all models. Mission E will be mass-produced in 2019 and is expected to be introduced to China in 2020.
