When applying for a motor vehicle driver's license, the holder of an overseas motor vehicle driver's license shall confirm the application information and submit the following documents and vouchers:
(1) the identity certificate of the applicant;
(2) A certificate of physical condition issued by a medical institution;
(3) Motor vehicle driver's license. If it is not expressed in Chinese, it shall also provide a Chinese translation text issued by a translation agency or notarized by a notary agency.
Applications from foreign embassies and consulates in China personnel and representatives of international organizations in China shall be implemented in accordance with the principle of diplomatic reciprocity.
Those who are mainland residents shall also submit the applicant's passport or travel permit to Hong Kong and Macao and travel permit to Taiwan.
