1. What is trademark copyright registration?

1. It refers to the trademark used by the trademark owner in order to obtain the exclusive right to use the trademark, in accordance with the registration conditions, principles and procedures stipulated by the state. Submit a registration application to the Trademark Office, and the Trademark Office approves the registration after review. A trademark that has been reviewed and registered by the Trademark Office is a registered trademark and enjoys the exclusive right to use the trademark.

2. Legal basis: Article 3 of the "Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China"

Trademarks approved and registered by the Trademark Office are registered trademarks, including commodity trademarks and service trademarks and collective trademarks and certification marks; trademark registrants enjoy exclusive rights to trademarks and are protected by law.

2. Documents required for copyright registration

The following documents are mainly required for copyright registration:

(1) The main body of the work. If you want to register a novel, you need to provide the file of the novel. The same applies to other types of works;

(2) The identity information of the copyright owner (copyright holder). Copyright registration requires you to prepare a scanned copy of the copyright owner's ID card and number information;

(3) Statement of originality of the work. You need to prepare a declaration document stating the copyright holder’s ownership of the work;

(4) Original description of the work. The original description serves to explain and introduce the work you are about to register. The content needs to be considered from the perspectives of originality, uniqueness, creative process, and purpose.
