In 1915, "Wangmao" and "Huamao" collectively referred to as "Moutai" participated in the "Panama International Exposition" and won the gold medal, making "Moutai" famous in one fell swoop.

In 1936, the owner of "Tianhe Hao" transferred the equity to Wang Rongxiao (Wang Yingkui)'s great-grandson Wang Bing (Bing) Qian. From then on, Wang Bing (Bing) Qian owned "Rongtaihe Wangmao Shao" All the shares of "Wangmao" were taken out and the company began to officially produce "Wangmao" products.

Wang Bingqian "passed away" on February 21, 1951, but the Renhuai County Court ruled that Wang Bingqian's "Rongtaihe Wangmao Shaofang" should be preserved in accordance with the law.

On October 4, 1952, the public-private partnership of "Rongtai and Wangmao Shaofang" was merged into Kweichow Moutai Distillery, becoming one of the three major Shaofangs that established Kweichow Moutai Distillery.

In 1997, Moutai National Liquor Culture City built a statue of Wang Bingqian, the fourth-generation great-grandson of Wang Rongxiao (original name Wang Yingkui), the founder of "Wangmao", to commemorate the founder of "Moutai".

In 2012, after years of complaints by the descendants of Wang Rongxiao, the founder of "Wangmao", the trademark "Wang Yingkui?" named after Wang Rongxiao (original name: Wang Yingkui), the founder of "Wangmao", was finally registered successfully.

In 2013, after years of appeals by Wang Rongxiao’s descendants, the trademark “Wang Rongxiao?” named after Wang Rongxiao, the founder of “Wangmao”, was finally successfully registered.

In 2019, the sixth generation descendants of Wang Rongxiao officially declared the intangible cultural heritage of "Wang Rongxiao and Wang Mao's Craftsmanship".
