Quality treatment: the products submitted by the bidder must comply with the Food Hygiene Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), and the quality indicators all conform to the relevant provisions of the national standard GB9688- 1988, and should be suitable for flour packaging; If it is found in the process of sampling or use that the product of this contract is not in conformity with the requirements of the contract, such as the cable head residue, dirty bags or broken bags in the bags, etc., the tenderer has the right to return and cancel this contract, and reserves the right to claim the relevant losses from the winning bidder. If the Tenderee uses the flour packaged in this contract for export sales, the Bidder shall provide the Inspection Results Sheet of People's Republic of China (PRC) Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine for Packaging Performance of Outbound Goods issued by the Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, and the specific issuance time shall be notified by the Tenderee.

Dispute settlement: Any dispute arising during the execution of this contract shall be accepted by the people's court where the tenderer is located.
