What materials should I prepare to complain about trademark infringement?
The following materials shall be submitted when making a complaint: 1. The complaint shall specify the name and address of the respondent, the facts of infringement, the legal basis and the complaint requirements, as well as the name and address, telephone number and complaint date of the complainant; 2, business license, submit a copy of the official seal of the unit; 3. Trademark registration certificate; 4. Evidence of alleged infringement, including articles suspected of infringement, trademarks or photos, relevant bills, etc. Trademark registrants in China may entrust others to complain, but they shall submit the power of attorney signed by the client. Where a trademark agency organization is entrusted to make a complaint, it shall produce valid documents that can prove that the organization has the agency qualification. Where an overseas trademark registrant requests to protect its exclusive right to use a trademark, it shall entrust a trademark agency recognized by the state to make a complaint, and submit notarized entrustment materials and Chinese certification documents of the above-mentioned specified materials.
