2. Enterprise name approved by the industrial and commercial department (original, Copy);

3. Legal person ID card (original, copy);

4. Food circulation license (original, copy);

5. Capital verification certificate (original, copy) of registered capital (1 million yuan for the city, 300,000 yuan for the county, and 200,000 yuan for the township);

6. Proof of business premises: The area of ??the business and warehousing premises is 90,000 yuan for the city ㎡, county 55 ㎡, township 35 ㎡; the property ownership certificate or lease contract must indicate the area of ??the operation and storage space and sign the original and copy;

7. Liquor business personnel qualification certificate (1-inch bareheaded 2 color photos each).

2. Corresponding certification materials from the factory

1. Production license;

2. Food distribution license;

3. Business license,

4. Trademark registration certificate (copies of the above four items must be stamped with the factory’s red seal);

5. Quality inspection report (quality inspection certificate from statutory agencies above the prefecture level, Copies need to be stamped with the red seal of the factory);

6. If the packaging indicates high-quality inspection-free or award-winning products, relevant certification materials must be provided (copies need to be stamped with the red seal of the factory);

7. Factory authorization letter or distribution contract

3. Imported alcohol must also be provided

1. Attached document or customs tax certificate;

2. Imported food hygiene certificate;

3. Imported food label review certificate;

4. Liquor product distribution authorization letter

5. Supplier’s Import goods license, business license, health license, and alcohol circulation registration form.
