Give you a few methods for reference only:
Recite by alphabet. Memorize a few words in the alphabet first, then recite more, and finally overcome the difficult words;
Recite by unit. Make sentences for each word or summarize the corresponding phrases.
Recite the text, then write the text silently, or write sentences containing key words and phrases silently.
Don't waste too much time on words that are already familiar in the vocabulary.
If possible, classify verbs, adjectives, adverbs and nouns. Verbs are divided into to do, doing and v according to collocation, and they should be written in the past tense, past participle and present participle; Adjectives and adverbs belong to the same category; Nouns are classified according to the same meaning or single and plural forms.
In short, memorizing words should be able to read, write, listen, be silent and use.
