The application time for trademark registration is the same in China except Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. It usually takes about 3 months from the submission of the application to the acceptance notice, and then it takes about 6 months to review, and finally it takes about 3 months to publicize after the preliminary examination. The whole registration process takes about 13 months. (The actual time is generally a little different from the official opening time above. The actual acceptance notice is usually issued in about two months, depending on the time stage, and it will be slower around the year before last. )
