The purpose of the Chamber of Commerce is to "promote Huizhou merchants, build a harmonious business road, serve Jiangsu and Anhui, and benefit the society", uphold the spirit of Huizhou merchants, unite all enterprises in Jiangsu and Anhui, establish a business in good faith, share resources, achieve win-win development, and serve the development of member enterprises and the economic construction of Jiangsu and Anhui.
The Chamber of Commerce has hired Zhao Nanqi, Fang Zuqi, Han Peixin, Lu Rongjing and other senior consultants from Jiangsu and Anhui provinces 14, and Shao Jun and other six consultants, which have great prestige not only in Jiangsu and Anhui, but also in the whole army and the whole country.
The foundation of the Chamber of Commerce is to develop and serve its members. At present, there are nearly 400 core member enterprises and nearly 3000 collective members, which have formed a pattern all over Jiangsu.
