How to treat the sewage produced by concrete mixer
Concrete mixer is one of the most commonly used construction machinery at present, but as a raw material for processing, it is easy to produce a lot of sewage, which not only affects the environment, but also wastes resources. Therefore, treating the sewage discharged from the mixing station is not only environmentally friendly, but also saves effective resources. The sewage treatment equipment of the mixing station mainly includes the discharge tank of the concrete truck, the sand separator, the sewage tank, the agitator of the sewage tank, the clarifier and the delivery pump. The system should have four sewage tanks and three clarification tanks. The four sewage tanks are all equipped with ground protective railings and stirrers, and sewage tanks 1, No.2 and No.3 are equipped with mud pumps; No.2 and No.4 sewage tanks are equipped with liquid level meters; Each of the three clarifiers has a sewage pump. The agitator in the pool rotates regularly to keep the water quality uniform. Each pool is arranged in a certain order, with overflow pipes under the pools and water pumps on the water surface. When the water in the pool is insufficient, the water pump will replenish water forward to keep the water quality stable. When there is too much water in the pool, it will flow back through the overflow pipe below, and the water quality will be clarified during the backflow. The water in the No.3 clarifier is supplemented by the water in the clean water tank and automatically pumped by the tubular water level control system. When the gravel waste transport vehicle arrives at the gravel sewage recovery equipment, the photoelectric induction switch starts to work. First of all, the clear water in No.2 clarifier is pumped into No.8 chute by sewage pump through ¢65 galvanized pipe, and diluted with sand and gravel waste dumped by vehicles. After the waste is diluted, the sewage pumped from 1 pool by mud pump is washed to the sand-gravel separator to separate sand, stone and mud sewage. Sand and stones are transported to the gravel yard for storage and use. Mud sewage flows to sewage tank 1 through the drainage tank of the desander. After the water level of 1 sewage tank reaches the design level, it overflows through the sewage tank and flows to the No.2 sewage tank. During production, another mud pump pumps the sewage in No.2 sewage pond to the production equipment for recycling through the reclaimed water metering buffer pipe and reclaimed water metering vent pipe, and the excess sewage in the metering process flows back to No.2 sewage pond through the reclaimed water metering pipe. After the sand-gravel separator is used, clean water is pumped from No.3 clarifier by sewage pump and cleaned by cleaning pneumatic butterfly valve and solenoid valve. The sewage of concrete mixing station is reformed in the drainage ditch, and the engineering sewage is introduced into the sedimentation tank, and then the sewage in the tank is pumped back to the water circulation system above by the pump for reuse. The water in the clarifier can also be pumped out for various purposes such as washing the car surface or washing the ground, and the formed sewage flows back to the sedimentation tank through the drainage ditch for reuse, so that the sewage in the whole construction site can be reasonably and fully utilized, and environmental protection and full utilization of resources can be realized.
