Guoguang Intellectual Property, the difference between colored trademarks and white trademarks

According to Article 8 of the Trademark Law: Any visible mark that can distinguish the goods of a natural person, legal person or other organization from the goods of others, including words, graphics, letters, numbers, three-dimensional signs, etc. The combination of logo and color, as well as the combination of the above elements, can be applied for registration as a trademark.

If a trademark specifies a color, it means that in the future use of the trademark, only the specified color can be used, and no other colors can be used. If no color is specified, there are no restrictions on subsequent use of the color.
