Infringement of intellectual property rights includes:

1. Using identical or similar trademarks and special signs in production, operation, advertising, publicity, performances and other activities without authorization , patents, works and other creative achievements;

2. Forgery, unauthorized manufacture of identical or similar trademarks, special signs or sale of forged or unauthorized manufacture of trademarks, special signs;

3. Use identical or similar trademarks, special signs, patents, works and other creative achievements in disguised form;

4. Register with enterprises, social groups, institutions, private non-enterprise units without authorization Identical or similar trademarks, special signs, patents, works and other creative achievements used in websites, domain names, place names, buildings, structures, places, etc.;

5. Provide venues and warehouses for infringements , transportation, mailing, concealment and other convenient conditions;

6. Other infringements that violate relevant national laws and regulations;

7. Reproduction and distribution without the permission of the audio and video producer Audio and video recordings produced by others;

8. Publishing books for which others have exclusive publishing rights.

Legal basis: Article 47 of the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China

Radio stations and television stations have the right to prohibit the following activities without their permission:

(1) Rebroadcast the radio and television broadcasts by wired or wireless means;

(2) Record and copy the radio and television broadcasts;

(3) Disseminate the radio and television broadcasts to the public through information networks.

When radio stations and television stations exercise the rights stipulated in the preceding paragraph, they shall not affect, restrict or infringe others' exercise of copyright or copyright-related rights.

The protection period of the rights stipulated in the first paragraph of this article is fifty years, ending on December 31, the fiftieth year after the first broadcast of the radio or television.
