1. On March 8, 2013, Wuhan Edmund Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of TPV Technology, and the brand owner, China Great Wall Computer Shenzhen Co., Ltd. Co., Ltd. signed a "Trademark Authorization and Sales Agency Contract" regarding the licensing and sales agency of the "GreatWall" trademark and the words "Great Wall Display". The trademark authorization period is from the date of signing the contract to December 31, 2015.
According to the contract, China Great Wall Computer Shenzhen Co., Ltd. will authorize Wuhan Edmund and its contacts to exclusively use the aforementioned trademarks and related words in China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan). Wuhan Edmond Demong and its associates may manufacture, produce, sell Great Wall Displays and manage their distribution accordingly.
2. The "Great Wall Monitor" and "GreatWall" trademarks are exclusive to Wuhan Edmond Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of TPV Technology, authorized by China Great Wall Computer Shenzhen Co., Ltd. on March 8, 2013. used.
3. The two brands of Great Wall Display (GreatWall) and WESCOM Display belong to the China Electronic Information Industry Group. All authorized brands must comply with the relevant authorization regulations of the China Electronic Information Industry Group.
4. Regarding the use of WESCOM monitors: "Great Wall WESCOM monitors and WESCOM Great Wall monitors" are violations of the relevant regulations on brand use. For infringements in individual regions and individual merchants, in order to ensure your legitimate rights and interests, we recommend that you Use legal weapons well. Report to the local consumer protection organization or industrial and commercial department, and Wuhan Edmond will provide active cooperation.
5. At present, Great Wall Display (GreatWall) adopts the TPV system operation process in production, sales and after-sales.
