According to Article 4 of the Trademark Law: natural persons, legal persons or other organizations can use trademarks as applicant. However, pure natural persons cannot be trademark applicants in my country. They need to provide an individual industrial and commercial household business license. The regulations for trademark transfer and trademark application are the same.
