Generally not.
The scope of use that cannot be used as a trademark:
1. The country name, flag, national emblem, military flag, medal, the same or the same as the name of the People's Republic of China, and the same as the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China The name of a specific place where a state agency is located or the name of a landmark building, with the same graphics.
2. (Identical or similar to the country name, national flag, national emblem, or military flag of a foreign country, unless otherwise agreed by the government of that country) You need it.
3. The name or symbol is the same as or similar to the red cross or red crescent.
4. It is racially discriminatory.
5. Exaggerated and deceptive propaganda.
6. It is harmful to socialist morals or has other adverse effects.
7. Place names that are administratively regionalized at or above the county level or foreign place names known to the public are not allowed to be used as trademarks. However, except where the place name has other meanings or is used as a collective trademark or as part of a certification mark, registered trademarks using place names will continue to be valid.
