The scope of use that cannot be used as a trademark:

1. The country name, flag, national emblem, military flag, medal, the same or the same as the name of the People's Republic of China, and the same as the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China The name of a specific place where a state agency is located or the name of a landmark building, with the same graphics.

However, except where the place name has other meanings or is used as a collective trademark or as part of a certification mark, registered trademarks using place names will continue to be valid.
