Article 2

The term "market entities" as mentioned in these regulations refers to those registered in the People's Republic of China The following natural persons, legal persons and unincorporated organizations engaged in business activities for profit within the territory of *** and China:

(2) Sole proprietorships, partnerships and their branches;

(3) Farmers’ professional cooperatives (joint societies) and their branches;

(4) Individual industrial and commercial households ;

(5) Branches of foreign companies;

(6) Other market entities specified by laws and administrative regulations.
