People were amazed at these three bold characters and thought that the capital was the same.

Yan Song actually lived 89 years (148-1569) in the vortex of political struggle all his life. Since then, Wang Jitian stopped the sale of this wine, and used it exclusively as the base wine of Hongmao medicinal liquor, which made this wine more mysterious and rarely available to the outside world. Hawthorn alone can cure dampness, and wind-cold obstinacy can bend and stretch. Acanthopanax bark has a strange fragrance, which nourishes the liver, kidney, bones and muscles. We can't forget to add licorice, cassia twig and Polygonatum. Make up the ground to support twelve, and increase or decrease is a wonderful recipe. " It turns out that this song contains twelve kinds of traditional Chinese medicines, which is the formula of Acanthopanax wine. In order to avoid suspicion, the Fifth Princess named the wine "Zhi Zhong He Wu Jia Pi Liquor". According to "Shen Nong Materia Medica Classic" in Qin and Han Dynasties, "the male and female of Luding took Wujiapi wine alone, so that they didn't die".

On June 9, 1996, an amazing archaeological discovery was made in Jinzhou, Liaoning. When people moved the old factory of Jinzhou Ling Chuan Brewery General Factory, they accidentally found four wooden wine seas (ancient wine containers) 8 cm underground, and the wine seas were actually well preserved with pleasant aroma. These wine seas are made of Betula platyphylla, with a length of 2.62 meters, a width of 1.31 meters and a depth of 1.64 meters. There are about 1,5 layers of rice paper in the box, which is dipped in deer blood. These Xuan papers are written in Chinese characters, and the waterlogging documents are written with the words "Qing Daoguang has been a year old", "Tongshengjin" and "Qing Dynasty". According to these records and other archaeological experts, it is confirmed that this wine was sealed by Tongshengjin Winery in the twenty-five years of Qing Daoguang. These wines not only have a long life, but also are very delicious.
"Shaojiu" belongs to the aged fragrance type, with yellowish color and alcohol content of 53%. Its physicochemical and hygienic indexes meet the national food hygiene standards. Because it is a tribute wine, it is sealed with deer blood dipped in rice paper, and it has been soaked for more than 15 years to make deer blood penetrate into the wine, which is very effective.
