Contamination and deterioration of engine oil during storage are mainly caused by the contact between the oil and moisture, oxygen and impurities in the air. Therefore, the engine oil after opening must be sealed and stored. Generally, after the engine oil is opened, it should be stored indoors away from light, and the indoor temperature should not be too high.
