2. Applicant name column: The applicant should fill in the name on the identity document. If the applicant is a natural person, the certification document number should be indicated after the name. 9. 13. Trademark Description Column: The applicant should fill it in according to the actual situation. If applying for trademark registration with a three-dimensional mark or sound mark, the method of use of the trademark should be explained. If you apply for trademark registration based on a color combination, you must submit a text description, indicate the color code, and explain how to use the trademark. If the trademark is in a foreign language or contains a foreign language, the meaning shall be explained.
