My hometown, Fuyang, is a shining pearl on the Pacific Plain in northwest Anhui and a beautiful city on the Beijing-Kowloon Railway.

There are many snacks in my hometown. "Gratiao" and "pillow bun" are the two most famous specialty snacks in Fucheng. Gratiao has an ugly name and does not look like ramen, but it is a special snack in Fuyang. My mother and I often call it "Fuyang cuisine". Another specialty is the pillow bun, which is called the "King of Buns". It is named because it looks like a pillow. It is wrapped in layers and when eaten in the mouth, it is crispy, soft, chewy and soft.

“The radish is better than the pear” refers to the Liansi radish in my hometown. Gently break open the Liansi radish with your hands, and a fragrance will hit your nose, making people salivate, eager to taste it, and bite it. It's sweet and crispy in one bite, and you won't get tired of eating it.
