Ecological environment signs cannot be used. According to relevant public information, no unit or individual may register a Chinese environmental mark or a mark similar to the mark as a trademark without permission from the Ministry of Environmental Protection. The name of this mark or a mark similar to this mark may not be used without authorization. For units that use Chinese environmental labels in violation of regulations, the Environmental Certification Center of the Ministry of Environmental Protection has the right to order them to stop violating the regulations and publish the list of infringing units and product names and categories.
