In 1956, the original "Tongyihou" Sauce Garden was renamed "Tamura Sauce Factory" through a public-private partnership. Later, "Sihe" (i.e. Wang Zhihe, Wang Zhenghe, Wang Zhihe, Zhizhonghe) and "Tamura Sauce Factory" merged into "Tamura Chemical Brewing Factory". In 1972, "Tamura Chemical Brewing Factory" was renamed "Beijing Fermented Bean Curd Factory". In 1985, in order to obtain the protection of the Trademark Law and to better expand the market, the company launched the most famous trade name "Wang Zhihe" in the past, and registered the "Wang Zhihe" (fermented bean curd) trademark with the National Trademark Office. In 1991, "Beijing fermented bean curd factory" was renamed "Beijing Wangzhihe fermented bean curd factory". In 1996, the "CIS" strategy was introduced and VI (visual identification system) was officially launched, which rapidly improved the corporate image. In March 2000, the company was restructured and "Beijing Wangzhihe Fermented Bean Curd Factory" was renamed "Beijing Wangzhihe Food Group Co., Ltd. Wangzhihe Food Factory". In September 2009, in accordance with the overall arrangement of the superior company, the company was restructured and renamed Beijing Ershang Wangzhihe Food Co., Ltd. Wang Zhihe did not expect that the Wang Zhihe Sauce Garden founded by him would last more than 300 years and become more and more prosperous. After the founding of the People's Republic of China, Beijing Wangzhihe Fermented Bean Curd Factory was developed and established on the basis of four private workshops: Wang Zhihe, Zhizhonghe, Wang Yihe, and Wang Zhenghe. Although the factory name has changed several times over the past 40 years, the characteristics and flavor of its products have remained unchanged, and the variety of designs and colors has increased. Nowadays, there are more than 20 varieties of Wangzhihe fermented bean curd in three categories: green, red and white. Its brand is not only well-known in the domestic market, but also has gone abroad and gone to the world. Mr. Okayama of Japan once praised "Succulent bean curd is a food containing high plant protein, and Wang Zhihe is the best." North Korea's commercial counselor also led several food experts to make a special trip to Wang Zhihe's fermented bean curd factory to learn from it.
