Qingdao Urban Construction Investment (Group) Co., Ltd. was established in 2008 by the former Qingdao Development Investment Co., Ltd., Qingdao Dongao Development and Construction Group Company, and Qingdao Urban Construction Investment Center. The main businesses approved by the Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission in December 2019 are: urban and rural infrastructure construction and development, equity investment, capital operation and financial services, etc.
