There is a restriction for personal registered trademarks, that is, you cannot be a natural person, and you must have an individual industrial and commercial business license. If you do not have a business license, the China Trademark Office will not accept it, but Our company has specially opened a trademark holding business for customers who do not have a business license. If you do not have a business license, you can also register a trademark.

There are two main ways to register a trademark, one is to register with the China Trademark Office (located in Beijing), and the other is to find an agency (such as our company) to register a trademark.

The process of registering a trademark is to design the trademark - search for the trademark (the most important) - prepare the materials required for trademark registration (detailed later) - submit the registration application (official fee is 1,000 yuan, our company's agency fee 800 yuan) - waiting for successful registration (a notice of trademark acceptance will be issued in about a week, and the registration will be successful in 1 and a half years at the fastest).

The materials required to register a trademark include a copy of the individual business license; ID card; trademark LOGO; and the category (product) for which the trademark is to be registered.
