a trademark registrant may authorize others to use his registered trademark by signing a trademark license contract. A trademark licensing contract shall be filed with the Trademark Office.

The materials to be submitted for the application:

1. An Application Form for Filing a Trademark License Contract (to be filled in by the Licensor).

2. an original license contract signed by licensor and licensee.

3. Licensor shall submit a copy of its Business License if it is a company, and a copy of its ID card if it is an individual.

4. if an agent is entrusted to organize the agency, a power of attorney for trademark agency (to be filled in by the licensor) shall be submitted.

Notes for completing the form:

1. The term of use shall be within the validity period of the registered trademark. If it is necessary to continue to use the trademark, the trademark license contract can be renewed after the trademark is renewed.

2. The trademark used must be the original registered trademark and cannot be changed.

3. The goods using the trademark shall be within the scope of the goods approved for use by the registered trademark.
