Well-known trademarks are recognized according to the principles of case identification, passive identification and only valid for cases, and other cases are for reference only. Only when there are specific circumstances, the relevant state organs will judge whether it is recognized as a well-known trademark according to the requirements of the trademark owner.
If it is approved by the court, it is a judgment. If it is recognized by the Trademark Office, it is a ruling. Except for judgments and rulings, these will not be made into official documents for others to inquire.
Since well-known trademarks are only valid for individual cases, there is no such thing as annual review.
