1. Documents showing qualification certificates. Enterprises and individuals can apply for the registration of Malaysian trademarks. If they apply as a legal person, they need to provide a copy of the Business License and affix their official seals. If they apply as a natural person, they need to attach personal identification documents.

2. Detailed information of the applicant is required. Name, nature, nationality and detailed residential address, zip code or contact information; (both Chinese and English are required)

3. Provide an electronic version of the trademark style;

4. Please note the name of the goods and the category to be registered. One standard and one category, you need to choose the category of goods and the specific trademark name when registering;

5. Provide notarized and signed power of attorney;
