2. Brief description of salary and benefits

1. According to company regulations, the contract period for new college graduates in 2014 is 3 years, of which the probation period is 3 months. The monthly salary during the probation period is: 4,800 yuan/month for undergraduates from 985/211 colleges and 6,000 yuan/month for master’s students; 3,500 yuan/month for undergraduates from ordinary colleges and 5,000 yuan/month for master’s students; Your salary after becoming a regular employee will be determined mainly based on your overall performance during the probation period and your job level after taking up the position.
