6. Sewing process requirements:
Sewing parts: The normal sewing part is 1CM, and if there is a cut, the special requirements of sewing parts should be implemented according to the size of the cut.
stitch: normally, it is 1-11 stitches for open thread every 3CM, and 9-1 stitches for concealed thread every 3CM12---14 stitches.
trademark: the normal lane should follow the color line, and if there are special requirements, it should be implemented according to the customer's regulations.

hem: the sewing line can't be twisted/reversed (the looseness of the low thread should be adjusted).

Zipper: there should be no waves. Cut the zipper tape (pay attention to the cut * * * for the washing style). To stop stuttering, measure the eating amount according to the fabric performance.
Embroidery: the washing style embroidery thread must be a washing thread to avoid fading, and the color must be correct (the washing embroidery thread can only be used after being verified by washing experiments).
There must be no fading phenomenon, and washing experiments should be carried out before use. When packaging, it should be separated by copying paper to avoid mutual dyeing with the fabric.
Washing requirements:
If there is a washing style, the effect of washing must refer to the original samples of the guests and the company's confirmation opinions before batch washing.
8: Ironing process requirements:

Packaging process requirements:
