Trademark names that comply with the provisions of the Trademark Law can be registered for different categories of goods and services.

my country's "Classification Table of Similar Goods and Services" is based on the Nice Classification. The tenth edition is currently used and is divided into 45 categories. Categories 1--34 are commodities, and categories 34-45 are Serve.

Although a trademark name can be registered in 45 categories, it must be searched separately by single category. If there is no identical or similar trademark name in the same or similar category, it can be registered in that category.
