3. Factory building requirements

1. Never build a factory far away from a water source (well, spring). The best solution is to keep the factory building and the water source closest to each other.

2. The size of the factory should depend on the mineable reserves of mineral water and purified water, resource sources, production capacity of purified water plant equipment, mineral water plant equipment, and the degree of financial guarantee.

4. Factory decoration requirements

The scale of the factory is based on the factory construction requirements, but the factory must be as spacious and comfortable as possible while accommodating filling and other equipment. Generally, medium-sized enterprises are 20-50 meters long and 10-15 meters wide. Within this range, different purposes are divided into bottle washing, filling, water treatment, etc. The requirements in the workshop must be clean and dust-free with terrazzo floors, smooth drainage, and no accumulation of water. The walls should be tiled, etc. The factory building should be airtight, and aluminum alloy doors and windows should be used. The washing, filling and capping parts can be specially made into closed workshops.

5. Water plant equipment:

It must be "RO" secondary reverse osmosis pure water production equipment that has obtained the "water-related approval document" approved by the relevant Ministry of Health.

1. Water plant equipment can be selected with larger pure water output (at least 2 tons/hour water production equipment, 150 barrels/hour or more barrel filling machine, barrel brushing machine, sealing machine, sterile workshop).

2. The water supply station equipment can be smaller (1 ton/hour, about 400 barrels/day).

6. Funds:

A minimum of 100,000-150,000 yuan (excluding factory buildings) is required to run a water plant.
