1. Set up a payment notification link

For trademark applications submitted after December 30, 2019, a payment notification link will be added before the application business is accepted and subsequent business is approved, so as to achieve first notification. Pay later. Trademark parties and agencies should pay trademark fees within 15 days from the date of receipt of the payment notice. Please see the attachment for the payment notice format.

2. Enable fiscal electronic bills

According to the provisions of the "Notice of the Ministry of Finance on Unifying the National Fiscal Electronic Bill Style and the Fiscal Machine-printed Bill Style" (Caizong [2018] No. 72) , trademark bills are unified into national financial electronic bills, and financial electronic bills can be recorded and reimbursed. After receiving the bills, each unit should strictly follow the regulations of the relevant departments to ensure that the bills entered are authentic and reliable, and to prevent repeated entry of bills into accounts for reimbursement.

3. Set the payment connection period

The payment connection period is from December 30, 2019 to February 29, 2020. For trademark applications submitted before December 30, 2019, the original payment rules will apply. After February 29, 2020, if the trademark application subject to the original payment rules has not yet completed the payment, our office will issue a unified payment notice, and the parties and agencies must pay according to the procedures of this announcement.
