see paragraph 5 of article 57 of the trademark law of the people's Republic of China-"changing its registered trademark without the consent of the trademark registrant and putting the goods with the changed trademark on the market again".

There are three key points in this clause:

1. Without the consent of the trademark registrant;

2. Change its registered trademark;

3. put it into the market after replacement.

as long as one of the above three items does not conform, it cannot be judged as illegal.
